Perfect Smoothie

Health Benefits of a Smoothie
Making a smoothie every morning as part of a daily routine is perhaps the best expenditure of your time and money you can make. Smoothies give you more fiber and nutrients than juice does!
Do It Every Day
Make a routine out of it. Set apart 10-20 minutes every morning. When you do it like a pro and use our recommended fruits and vegetables you’ll get the majority of your daily nutrition all before lunch. Further, the high water and nutrient content will keep you hydrated and provide you with a feeling of well being all day.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the “Greatest Party at Sea”- the Smooth Jazz Cruise run by Entertainment Cruise Productions, LLC. The cruise featured talented artists such as Marcus Miller, David Sandborn, Candy Dulfer, Jonathan Butler, Rich Braun, Richard Elliot, Brian Culbertson and more!
When I was first invited on this trip, I was not sure what to expect of a Smooth Jazz cruise. To be honest, first thing that came to mind was elevator music. Wow, was I surprised. Needless to say I found myself really enjoying the music and wanted to get to know the artists I was listening to. Every night was a different theme- 70s night, pj party, white night- and let me tell you these smooth jazzers know how to party.
Our first stop was in Cozumel, Mexico. My BF and I decided to do a Mayan ruins tour of San Gervasio. It was amazing to see such a huge part of history- very informative tour.
Next stop was the Belize City Zoo. Not a typical zoo to say the least. The zoo resides in the jungle and has thin gates separating yourself from the animals. I got eaten alive by mosquitos!
Last stop- Key West, FL. Enjoyed the walk to the Southernmost point and the fish and chips lunch from Margaritaville.
The last night on the show was a great way to end the week with all artists on one stage! The week truly was a party at sea. Kudos to Entertainment Cruise productions for creating such a memorable experience.
